Heavily Pregnant Eva Longoria was a vision of happiness as she stepped out for lunch with her  husband José 'Pepe' Bastón in Los Angeles this week.

The  Desperate Housewives star and her husband lovingly engaged in a sweet display of affection as they headed to an organic Mexican restaurant in West Hollywood, California.
