Music artiste and producer Pharrell Williams and wife Helen Lasichanh have  just welcomed triplets!

Confirming to Vanity Fair on welcoming their bundles earlier this month,the couple delightfully revealed that their bundles are healthy and doing well.

The couple who  have been married since October 2013 are already parents to a son,8 year old Rocket 

I guess fans all around the world are jamming to #Happy right now..💃💃

He had a chat with GuardianLife as coverstar for a recent edition..

Excerpts..

How would you describe yourself? Where were you born and where did you study? 

Well I am Kunle, I am real. I am very focused. If I believe in something, I just go for it.  I am a dreamer. Once I dream, I work towards actualising it, I put in all my energy and that has always worked for me. I was born in Lagos, I spent three years of my life in Kwara state, that’s where I am from. I did the latter part of my college in Kwara and after then I came back to Lagos. After that I did my higher institution in Lagos State Polytechnic.  I only spent about six months in the UK studying digital filmmaking and since then I have been back in Lagos. I studied business administration and worked at the bank for about seven years. Then I started making films. I started as an actor in 1998 and I set up my production company in 2005, I made my first film in 2006 and that is what it has been. I do TV production, we do documentaries, commercials, film, a lot of people know me for feature films but my Golden Effect company runs on its own. I run as a brand.

 How did you initially get into directing?  What inspired you to go towards this path?

When I was going to start, I was actually going to start as a filmaker, then I reached out to some people who worked with my father in the past and some of them just thought I was a joke. Filmmaking is something you have to learn. Yes it is an acquired skill but you can’t say, “Oh I have talent of being a film maker.”

23 year old Miss France, Iris Mittenaere crowned the 2017 Miss Universe!

Iris Mittenaere from France has been crowned  Miss Universe 2017! The 23 year old dental school student loves extreme sports, skydiving, bungee jumping and hang gliding. 

 Iris  who was born in Lille in the Nord Pas de Calais region in northern France wants to advocate for access to education and children’s right as Miss Universe.

She also wants to create awareness campaign for dental and oral care, taking her campaign all around the world.

  

 Miss Haiti was  first runner up while Miss Colombia took up the second runner up position

Other queens in the top ten included Miss Kenya, Miss Philippines and  Miss Thailand

Comedic Actor, Mr Ibu reveals how he almost committed suicide!

Suicide is not something to joke about but it isnt rare to find that the people who make other people laugh are the most depressed people..

In a recent newspaper Chat Comedic actor Mr Ibu has revealed the touching story of how his mum prevented him form taking his own life..

The said incident which happened many years ago was due to the hardship he faced in life.

He said that at that point in his life, things were so hard that he could barely afford to feed himself. To make matters worse, he had no roof over his head and suicide seemed like the easiest option.

“Do you know that there was a day that I had prepared to kill myself in Ajao Estate? That day, I was prepared to jump into a well because of the situation that surrounded me. Three days before that day, I had not eaten and I did not have hope of eating for the next week. I was only surviving on water and I hate it when I bother anyone. Most of my close friends were not bothered about my well-being even though it was obvious that I was not alright.
