Celebs Out and about;Kim Kardashian steps out in cleavage baring gown for Dermatologist Appointment..

One hot mama: Kim Kardashian headed to an appoitment in Beverly Hills on Thursday, busting out of her very low cut dress

Dressed to the nines: The reality star, who gave birth to son Saint in November, poured her post-pregnancy body into the plunging black number that she paired with fish net tights and towering heels


Its not  like there's anything new about Kim Kardashain's Cleavage heck the whole world has seen her naked but she never stops being photographed even for gym outings.And it wasnt going to be any different when the mum of two stepped out fir a recent  Dermatologist visit  
 the reality star stepped out in  daringly low cut black dress showing off her cleavage paired  with fish net tights and of course heels.
     
Kim added fish net tights and strappy sandals with towering heels to complete her look

 Ohhh Look! that jacket with her face on it also joined the party to complete her ensemble

On show: The 35-year-old showcased her very hour-glass figure in the clingy frock appeared to flash the top of her lacy bra thanks to the plunging neckline

Still dieting: She wore her 'blonde Kim' jacket draped across her shoulders as a way to hide some of the extra pounds she's still working on losing following the birth of baby number two, son Saint, in November


Unforgiving: The dress clung to every inch of her voluptuous body as she walked

Then BFF Jonathan Cheban joined her for an outing..
Besties: Kim and her publicist pal headed to another Beverly Hills location 

On the move: It was a busy day for Kim and her publicist pal as they headed to yet another location as evening fell

And well  he couldnt resist....
Reach out and touch: Cheban had no qualms about placing a guiding hand on Kim's derriere as she navigated her way to her car

Naaaa..maybe he was just helping her keep her balance!
