Kim has always said she was desperate for another child going for countless fertility treatments and sometime on the show revealed she was having sex up to 15 times day! just to get pregnant

Well its happened now! She shared the good news right at the end of Sunday's mid-season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. -" 'I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kim said
