Oscar Pistorius found guilty of Culpable Homicide of Girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp; Sentencing to commence 13th October

Pistorius' six month long trial is winding up with him cleared of murder charges but found guilty of Culpable homicide of his girlfriend Reeva on Valentines day last year.

I mean this whole trial has been to justify if there was "an intent" to actually kill or not..

The athlete has  however been released on bail despite being found guilty of the manslaughter of his girlfriend.

He was granted an extension to his bail until his sentencing on October 13 

Both sides will be able to call witnesses to argue ahead of the judge's ruling on if, or for how long, Pistorius is sent to prison for negligently killing Reeva Steenkamp.

The hearing will decide whether he faces a prison term of up to 15 years, but equally could see him walk free with a suspended sentence.
