Charlyboy's Dad Statesman Justice Oputa passes on @96


Justice Chukwudifu Oputa has passed on!. The former judge of the Supreme Court and Chairman of the famed  Oputa Panel passed on today after a brief illness

He was aged 96. May he rest in peace..
