MTV Europe Music Awards Amsterdam 2013;Photos and full winners list


The 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards held last Night admist Pomp,music and of course a bevy of celebrities.

Taking the plunge: Dutch TV presenter and WAG Sylvie van der Vaart turned on the glamour in a plunging black gown, breaking the cardinal sin of putting both her cleavage and her legs on show

A touch of cool: Jared Leto and his band, 30 Seconds To Mars, added a stamp of rocker approval to the proceedings as they arrived at the event in their typically low-key ensembles

Out of this world: Ensuring she set tongues wagging once again, the former child star opened the ceremony with a space-themed performance of her smash hit, We Can't Stop, while dressed as an astronaut

Raising eyebrows (and blood pressure): Miley arrived on stage in a skintight silver spacesuit, poking her tongue out towards the crowd as she held hands with a latex-clad female dwarf

Where's Robin? Miley Cyrus certainly didn't disappoint when it came to her racy performance at the MTV Europe Music Awards at the Amsterdam Ziggo Dome on Sunday night

Off with a bang! Surrounded by space-themed dancers, Miley then kicked the star-studded awards ceremony off as she introduced the show's host, LMFAO's Redfoo

Brave ensemble: Miley still managed to raise a few eyebrows with her choice of outfit, wearing an eye-wateringly skimpy white bodysuit, which left little to the imagination when it came to her choice of bikini wax

Teary: The star's second performance of the evening was much more emotional than the first

Here we go again! Robin Thicke also made sure to add a touch of controversy to the proceedings as he took to the stage

Look away now, Paula Patton! While this time he wasn't joined by Miley, the singer enjoyed a raunchy routine with Australian rapper Iggy Azalea as she did her best to mimic the twerk

Pushing the boundaries: But aside from her rather daring choice of outfit, the young star pushed the boundaries even further as she lit up a suspicious-looking cigarette on stage while accepting her award for Best Video

A step too far? Miley appeared to be puffing away on what looked like a joint as she proudly held her award aloft
