Video; Mariah Carey leaves Hospital after Shoulder Dislocation...

Mariah Carey was on a music video shoot,

 when she dislocated her shoulder and cracked a rib.

She was said to be on a marble surface when she had a big fall that caused her injuries.

She's been in hospital and has now been released to go home..

                      

Mariah's husband, Nick Cannon,who was directing the video and was also on set when the fall happened speaks on the incident..
